By engaging Ascanius OPC Private Limited for services, you agree to these terms. They apply to all services including website design, AI automation, CRM setup, self-hosting infrastructure, operations consulting, and related work.
Scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each engagement are confirmed in writing (including via WhatsApp or email) before work begins.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom work produced for them including website code, design files, and documentation. Ascanius retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Third-party tools and open-source software remain subject to their own licences.
Hosting is provided on a best-effort basis. Ascanius makes reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but does not guarantee 100% availability. Ascanius is not liable for losses arising from hosting downtime. Either party may terminate hosting services with 30 days written notice. Client files will be available for transfer for 14 days following termination.
Ascanius's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant engagement. Ascanius is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
